First Break Academy School Tennis Program

First Break Academy partners with schools in Carson, CA and surrounding communities to teach children the fundamentals of tennis on the playground during the school day. This award- winning program is free to the schools. First Break’s instructors and trained volunteers place a large emphasis on fundamentals of tennis, teamwork and positive attitudes. We focus on a variety of skills ranging from reaction time, hand-eye coordination, and good sportsmanship. Students are engaged through games-based instruction and friendly competition.

First Break Academy School Tennis Program encourages students to take part in a wide range of beginner programs available at our home courts at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson.
